Hi, I’m Betty Chan. I’m an authenticity life coach supporting leaders and entrepreneurs who want to build success for themselves and their communities without losing themselves in the process.

Many of my clients are accomplished, capable, and still quietly wonder why it doesn't feel like enough. They've spent years learning how to fit in, work hard, and very little time learning how to hear themselves. That's not a personal failing. For a lot of us, it's just how we were raised. (Hello to my fellow first-gens!)

In my coaching, I help you slow down long enough to make sense of what's actually pulling at you: the decisions that feel harder than they should, the roles that no longer fit, the version of success that looks right from the outside but costs too much on the inside.
