You’ve Done Everything Right.
So why does your life still feel like someone else's?
You’ve worked hard for your life. That’s not the problem.
You checked every box, adapted to every room, and on paper, you’ve made it. But inside? Something still feels off. It’s like someone else is pulling the strings in your life.
Maybe you’ve journaled, gone to therapy, or turned to mentors for advice. It helped for a while, and you got a few steps further. But lately, you can’t shake the question: Is this it? Is this what my life looks like from now on?
You built the life you were supposed to but now…
You say "I'm fine" and immediately wonder if that's true
You hit the milestones but struggle to feel excited or content
Someone asks "who are you?" and your job title is the only thing you think of
You can't remember the last time your calendar reflected what you actually wanted that day
For first-gen professionals and entrepreneurs who’ve built a life that looks right but doesn’t feel like theirs.
Imagine what it’s like to trust yourself again:
You know what you want — and don't want — without a debate
You decide without spiraling about what everyone else thinks
You're comfortably yourself in interviews, conversations, intimate relationships
You rest when you want to, and work with who you want to
You look back and feel proud of the choices you made
Here's what most people discover in this work: what you say you want – more vacation, more money, a better job – is a surface layer. Underneath is something older and more honest: ownership over your own life, choices you won't regret, and the freedom to actually be who you are.
That's what we're working toward. Not a personality overhaul. Just enough clarity that your decisions stop feeling like a fight.

I used to believe that if I worked hard enough, adapted well enough, got it right enough, I'd finally like my life. I didn't. I just got better at pretending I did.
What I know now: when you're doing everything "right" and something still feels missing, you're not broken. You don't need a big overhaul. You need to notice what's already been trying to get your attention.
For a lot of us, especially those who learned to succeed by overworking, masking, or putting everyone else first, that feeling of "off" is information. It's telling you where the life you built stopped matching who you actually are.
Authenticity isn't a luxury here. It's the only way back to yourself.
I've spent years helping first-gen leaders and entrepreneurs work through exactly this, one on one and on stages for teams at Olly, Unilever, and The Asian American Foundation. That's where I come in. Not to fix you, but to help you read what your body, your gut, and your quiet doubts have been trying to tell you all along.
When you understand what's actually true for you, you stop white-knuckling your way through decisions and start trusting yourself again, at work, in your relationships, in your life.

— Erika Bellido-Jin (she/her), VP of Operations
It's been a huge journey to start a new job after 8+ years. Having Betty as my coach not only helped me navigate the transition confidently, our sessions untangle the kind of work I love doing and how I showed up as a professional. By naming what makes me happy, I found a role that celebrates my expertise and respects my time.

Knowing my purpose became a cornerstone for my actions.
— Chantelle Bacigalupo (she/her), Writer, Journalist & Doula
Before coaching, I’d only done therapy but I was still wondering how to actually move forward. Betty helped me put clear language to what I wanted in my career and romantic life, which made everything feel clearer and more exciting again. She helped me cut through the clutter faster and with far less anxiety than I would have on my own.
“
I can enjoy my success, not just survive it.
— Johnny Nguyen (he/him), Entrepreneur + Startup Growth Consultant
For years I built other people’s companies from the shadows, pushing myself until my body tapped out. Even when I was winning, it never felt like enough. Betty changed that. She didn’t give me surface tactics; she went straight to the beliefs and survival patterns that kept me overworking and under-enjoying my own life.
Betty’s precision as a personal and business coach is second to none.

— Tanvi Mittal (she/her), Business Owner & Life Coach
My dream list was long, and the fear was real. I thought that if I just worked harder and celebrated enough wins, I’d figure it out. But I kept hitting a wall in my new business.
Coaching with Betty felt like entering a judgment-free zone where I could unravel, explore, and try again. I gave myself space to name what was hard about sustaining a business, and stopped believing there was one ‘right’ way to do it. This experience reminded me that courage, rest, and self-trust can all coexist in entrepreneurship.

FAQ
All questions are welcomed on my discovery calls.
-
In that case, welcome! You don’t need to arrive with perfectly defined goals or a five-year plan. Most of my clients begin by knowing what they don’t want in their days, and that’s enough to start.
Part of the coaching process is creating clarity around what you want, what’s been keeping you stuck, and what meaningful change could look like for you.
A discovery call is a good place to begin. We’ll talk through where you are, what feels off, and whether my coaching feels like the right fit for your goals.
-
My clients often say therapy helped them understand why things feel off, but not how to move forward differently. In our work, we bridge that gap. We take the self-awareness you’ve already gained and turn it into tangible choices, boundaries, and language you can actually use in everyday situations. Check out this blog post where I explain the difference in depth.
Clients who’ve done group coaching programs or masterminds say my coaching feels different because of the personalized pacing. You’re not following a one-size-fits-all course or constantly deciding what information applies to you (or doesn’t). In authenticity coaching, you’re not getting a stack of worksheets. Instead our sessions respond to what’s showing up in your life, so you can make progress with less resistance.
-
There’s no right or wrong time. In my coaching, we practice gentle productivity and accountability. That means our time together won’t pull you away from other important matters. Instead, it’s designed to help you fit together the parts of your life that are in tension, so you’re juggling less. We do this by helping you gain clarity on where to focus (or not) and what helps you create progress without burning you out.
-
That’s a valid question. Coaching is an investment, and I believe it should feel intentional, not impulsive.
The people who benefit most from this work usually reach a point where staying in the same patterns becomes more costly than making a change. While I can’t guarantee specific outcomes, I can offer a space for honest reflection, meaningful accountability, and support that’s tailored to your goals and growth.
A discovery call can help you determine whether this feels aligned, valuable, and worth investing in for where you are right now. You can also check out what my past clients have shared about their experience with authenticity coaching.

The timeline looks different for everyone. Some clients notice shifts in self-awareness, confidence, or decision-making within the first few sessions, while deeper patterns and ways of relating to themselves unfold more gradually over time.
My work isn’t about quick fixes or surface-level results. It’s about helping you understand yourself more honestly, trust yourself more deeply, and move through your life with greater alignment and intention. When that internal relationship begins to shift, it naturally influences other areas too — relationships, work, boundaries, creativity, money, and the choices you make day to day.
Rather than forcing a specific outcome on a specific timeline, the process is about creating a foundation that supports lasting growth across multiple areas of your life. At the same time, I take the investment of your time, energy, and commitment seriously, and we’ll work intentionally within our time together to create the deepest level of transformation possible for where you are in the process.
