You’ve worked hard. That’s not the problem.
You checked every box, followed the rules, and on paper, you’ve made it. But inside? Something feels off. Like you’re performing your life instead of living it.
Maybe you’ve journaled, gone to therapy, or turned to mentors for advice. It helped for a while, and you got a few steps further. But lately, you can’t shake the question: Is this it? Is this what my life looks like from now on?
You built the life you were supposed to but now…
“Fine” doesn’t feel fine anymore.
Success feels hollow, even after all the milestones.
You struggle to name who you are outside of your job or résumé.
You feel invisible in rooms you’ve worked hard to be in.
You’ve outgrown parts of your life but hesitate to make changes.
Your energy feels scattered and nothing quite fits.
For first-gen professionals and entrepreneurs who want to see their path clearly and move with confidence.
Through my coaching, we make sense of the fog—the confusion, the second-guessing, and the pressure to prove yourself—so you have clarity about what’s next, not just what’s wrong.
When you have clarity, decisions feel lighter. When you act from authenticity, progress becomes easier.
Imagine what it’s like to…
Know what you want, and feel good about your next step
Communicate with calm, grounded confidence
Say no without guilt and protect your peace without apology
Trust your timing and direction, even when your path changes
Feel proud of your progress, not just your productivity
Build a life that feels aligned on the inside, not just impressive on the outside
Ready to see who you become when you lead with authenticity?
MEET YOUR LIFE COACH –
Betty Chan
As a recovering perfectionist and hustler, I learned that clarity and confidence don’t come from working harder. They come from knowing how to make sense of life’s in-between moments—your hesitations, your doubts, and the quiet questions that don’t go away.
When your life feels off, it’s not because you’re doing it wrong. It’s a sign you’ve outgrown who you used to be, and you’re unsure of what comes next.
That moment of friction is where authenticity matters most. Especially if you’ve been taught to succeed by adapting, overworking, or putting others first. For you, authenticity isn’t about self-expression—it’s liberation. A way to honor where you’ve been and to realign with who you’re becoming.
When you know what truly matters, you stop white-knuckling and start trusting yourself through all the twists and turns of your life, work, and relationships.
In 6 months, you’ll build a personal approach and make progress that feel clear, purposeful, and aligned with who you are.

— Erika Bellido-Jin (she/her), VP of Operations
It's been a huge journey to start a new job after 8+ years. Having Betty as my coach not only helped me navigate the transition confidently, our sessions untangle the kind of work I love doing and how I showed up as a professional. By naming what makes me happy, I found a role that celebrates my expertise and respects my time.
“
I can enjoy my success, not survive it.
— Johnny Nguyen (he/him), Founder + Startup Growth Consultant
For years I built other people’s companies from the shadows, pushing myself until my body tapped out. Even when I was winning, it never felt like enough. Betty changed that. She didn’t give me surface tactics; she went straight to the beliefs and survival patterns that kept me overworking and under-enjoying my own life.
If you want clarity that actually sticks, Betty’s the one. Her precision as a personal and business coach is second to none.

I get to build this my way.
— Tanvi Mittal (she/her), Business Owner & Life Coach
My dream list was long, and the fear was real. I thought that if I just worked harder and celebrated enough wins, I’d figure it out. But I kept hitting a wall in my new business.
Coaching with Betty felt like entering a judgment-free zone where I could unravel, explore, and try again. I gave myself space to name what was hard about sustaining a business, and stopped believing there was one ‘right’ way to do it. This experience reminded me that courage, rest, and self-trust can all coexist in entrepreneurship.

— Chantelle Bacigalupo (she/her), Writer, Journalist & Doula
Before coaching, I’d only done therapy but I was still wondering how to actually move forward. Betty helped me put clear language to what I wanted and needed in my career and romantic life, which made everything feel clearer and more exciting again. She helped me cut through the clutter faster and with far less anxiety than I would have on my own.

FAQ
All questions are welcomed on discovery calls
-
That’s more common than you might think. Most of my clients start by knowing what they don’t want—and that’s enough. From there, we’ll clarify and create language around what you do want so you can make choices that honor both.
-
You’ll start noticing subtle shifts within the first few sessions, in how you think, communicate, and make decisions. Real transformation deepens after 6 months as we build your capacity for clarity, calm, and confidence.
This isn’t a quick fix; it’s sustainable growth that lasts beyond our sessions. Some clients choose to continue coaching to navigate new transitions, deepen work around long-held patterns, or simply have ongoing space to stay grounded and intentional through what’s next. The pace and timeline are personal. We’ll decide together on your discovery call on what feels right for you. -
In my coaching, we practice gentle productivity and accountability. Our time together doesn’t pull you away from other important matters but rather help you fit them together. We do this by helping you gain clarity on where to focus (or not) and what helps you create progress without burning you out.
-
My clients often say therapy helped them understand why things feel off, but not how to move forward differently. In our work, we bridge that gap. We take the self-awareness you’ve already gained and turn it into tangible choices, boundaries, and language you can actually use in everyday situations.
Clients who’ve done other coaching also say this feels different because of the personalized pacing. Some weeks, that means more challenge; other weeks, it means more validation and reflection.
This isn’t a one-size-fits-all process or a stack of worksheets. It’s a collaborative space where you learn to make decisions, communicate, and lead in a way that fits your life—not someone else’s framework. -
That hesitation makes sense. Most of the people I work with are used to investing in others but not themselves.
Part of this work is defining what “worth it” means on your terms. Not based on what others expect, but on what actually supports your life. You can also read what past clients have shared about their experience to get a feel for the impact.
You don’t have to pay everything upfront, and there are no added fees for monthly payments.
If you’re unsure, let’s talk it through. We can explore together what “worth it” would look like for you.
