She’s led workshops and talks for global brands, and brings over a decade of experience in people development, social impact, and client services.

Betty helps people rewrite the internal and cultural narratives that tell them to stay small, stay quiet, or stay productive at all costs. Her talks leave audiences feeling seen, grounded, and reconnected to what really matters.

As the only child of Chinese-Burmese immigrants, Betty spent years chasing the life she thought she was supposed to want until burnout, boxing, and a deep unraveling pushed her to redefine success on her own terms.
