Reflection Rooms

An intentional hour for teams to sharpen their focus between performance reviews and retreats.

The experience

Most organizations only make space for reflection once or twice a year during performance reviews, staff retreat, or budget season.

But what if reflection was built into your culture?

Reflection Room is a 60-minute, coach-facilitated workshop that help teams slow down strategically—before burnout hits and clarity fades.

Participants learn to recognize their growth, clarify what they need, and move forward with renewed direction and confidence.

It’s more than a moment to pause—it’s a leadership practice that sharpens focus, builds connection, and supports sustainable momentum.

Why reflection matters

Calm Asian woman sitting in a plush beige armchair, writing in a notebook, with a messaged pillow on her lap, a closed book on a small black side table, and a fireplace in the background.

In fast-paced environments, there’s rarely time to pause and ask ourselves: What’s working? What’s draining us? What do we want more of?

Without intentional reflection, small misalignments become chronic issues. Burnout goes unnoticed. Wins go uncelebrated. And people make decisions that are disconnected from purpose, values, and each other.

Reflection isn’t a nice-to-have. It’s a critical skill for authentic leadership.

When reflection becomes part of your team’s rhythm, you gain:

  • Early detection of patterns that lead to burnout and turnover

  • Stronger leaders as people move from reactive to intentional

  • Fresh ideas that address the immediate environment

  • Higher engagement grounded in clarity, not constant motion

  • Healthier culture through meaningful sharing of perspectives

Guided solo assessment

20 mins / Quiet time to reflect and write using intentional questions that surface insight from the past month.

Real-time coaching

20 mins / Grow intentionally as Betty, a trained coach, identifies personal patterns that otherwise go unnoticed.

Growth witnesses

20 mins / Develop self-advocacy skills by sharing goals and growth aloud in a supportive group setting.

This reminded us that bootstrapping isn’t a badge of honor.

I brought Betty in because I wanted our team to connect more meaningfully, and that’s exactly what happened. Everyone opened up in surprising ways, and really appreciated the time to reflect together.

The workshop was well worth the time and financial commitment. It showed my team I care about their mental health, and gave me a chance to slow down too. Everyone loved it. We got out of it exactly what we hoped for. We're already thinking about how to make reflection a regular part of our lives.

Why This Workshop Stands Out

1. Dual Learning Approach

We tap into both internal processing (writing) and external processing (speaking), boosting clarity for different learning styles.

2. Guided Pattern Recognition

Facilitation by a trained coach helps cut through the noise and uplift critical themes to process and make sense of our experiences.

3. Rhythm = Cumulative Impact

When reflection isn’t a once-a-year exercise, it compounds our strategic thinking and growth over time.

4. Culture of Communication

Expressing our experiences aloud creates authentic connection. It cultivates a sense of belonging and transforms personal insights into collective action.

Are you…
