What You Like About Me

Here are 3 things people like about me that I do not like about myself:

  • I’m soft-spoken. While I have a comforting voice like a warm blanket for weary souls, it's hard to project myself loud enough to be heard in a bustling crowd or among assertive people.

  • My poise. Looking put together can come in handy but it also means people think I am more serious than I am. They may decide that I'm not interested in joining a fun outing or that they should hide their mistakes from me.

  • I’m meticulous. My eye for detail means I can spot inconsistencies like bright flashing lights but it also meant many bosses didn’t see me as “leadership material” and pegged me as a “doer.”

How we choose to see our qualities becomes the timbre of our story.

Without genuinely embracing our qualities, other people's views might become our reality.

That’s why my coaching framework focuses on revealing your powers and barriers. This exploration goes beyond taking an assessment and surrendering to the results – it involves untangling complex feelings you may have about what makes you who you are.
