Mondays

Things I use to dread on a Monday:

👉🏼 An inbox that made me feel behind before I started

👉🏼 Being asked “what did you do this weekend?” (hibernate)

👉🏼 Realizing we’re talking about the same problem…again

These were all reminders that my life had no room for, well, living.

Monday vibes made me lose sight of the essentials.

  • To feel connected to the why.

  • To be inspired by interactions with others.

  • To do something I’m proud of.

This is what helps us look forward to a new day and to keep going. (Not working harder and longer.)

💬 BEFORE THE HUSTLE TAKES YOU OVER, CHECK YOUR PERSONAL COMPASS:

What’s giving me energy today?

What’s one thing I want to walk away from the week with?

Doing this can guide you to more meaningful choices and bring out the best in you — whether that’s opting out of that I-have-nothing-to-do-with-this meeting or finally sharing the brilliant idea you’ve been hiding for weeks.

You deserve this. Take the first step and find out who you can become.
