Betty is an authenticity coach, speaker, and facilitator who guides quiet powerhouses, exhausted achievers, and multi-hat teams to create success without losing themselves.

She’s led workshops and talks for global brands, and brings over a decade of experience in client services, project management, and people development.

Betty helps people rewrite the internal and cultural narratives that tell them to stay small, stay quiet, or stay busy at all costs. Her talks leave audiences feeling seen, grounded, and reconnected to what really matters.

As the only child of Chinese-Burmese immigrants, Betty spent years chasing the life she thought she was supposed to until burnout, boxing, and a deep unraveling pushed her to redefine success on her own terms. Now, she speaks on what she calls “the forgotten skills that make life worth it”—authenticity in leadership, courageous conversations, and turning gentleness into an everyday superpower.

CLEAR COMMUNICATION + BURNOUT RECOVERY

Better Boundaries

How to be clear without being cold.

Boundaries often get mistaken for being uncaring, especially by professionals who were raised to be helpful and selfless. But good leadership and collaboration requires clarity. This talk reframes boundaries not as barriers, but as bridges—tools that help us stay in integrity with ourselves and show up for others.

Ideal for:

Navigating burnout, blurred lines between work and life, or communication tension across roles.

LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT + EMBODIED AUTHENTICITY

Gentle Leadership

Guiding others when things get hard.

In high-pressure environments, urgency and perfectionism can easily take the lead, while quiet resistance (ours or someone else’s) slows things down. This talk introduces gentleness as a leadership strength, not a soft skill—a way to notice what’s unspoken, move through tension with clarity, and create the trust teams need to take risks and stay aligned.

Ideal for:

Leaders and teams looking to reduce friction, strengthen trust, and lead with more emotional intelligence and less reactivity.

VISIONARY LEADERSHIP + VALUE-BASED DECISIONS

Reimagine Success

What if you got everything you wanted…and you still feel empty?

Many of us chase success by the book (titles, salaries, accolades) only to arrive at the top feeling drained or disconnected. This talk invites audiences to rethink what success looks and feels like through the lens of values, energy, and emotional alignment. Because if it costs you your identity, your health, or your relationships—is it really success?

Ideal for:

Senior and executive leadership, mental health, and retaining your best team members.

GIVING FEEDBACK + BURNOUT RECOVERY

Decoding Emotions at Work

We’re often taught to manage emotions, not understand them. But emotions are information—and when we ignore or bypass them, we lose access to clarity, connection, and direction. This workshop gives participants a framework for what they’re feeling, tools to pause with intention, and strategies to communicate without shutting down or blowing up.

Ideal for:

Professionals who want to communicate with more calm and clarity, especially during conflict, feedback, or high-stress moments.

LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT + CLEAR COMMUNICATION

Listening for Impact

When conversations get hard, most of us default to fixing, defending, or disconnecting. But real trust is built through how we listen. In this hands-on workshop, we’ll explore the three levels of listening, examine where bias sneaks in, and learn to stay present, especially when it’s uncomfortable. Because listening deeply isn’t just a skill—it’s an act of courage.

Ideal for:

Teams navigating tension, feedback fatigue, or communication breakdowns. Leaders who want to create more trust, not more meetings.

GROWTH MINDSET + COMMUNITY CONVERSATIONS

Reflection Rooms

A space for organizations to slow down strategically. Without intentional reflection, small misalignments become chronic patterns. Build a culture of reflection so leaders can move forward with clarity, confidence, and purpose.

Ideal for:

Teams navigating uncertainty, high-capacity employees craving space to breathe, or ERGs looking for meaningful community experiences.
